On 19th of July, the Institute of Criminal Law of the University of Cologne will host a scientific research report by the UG professor and head of the Institute of Georgian, German and International Criminal Law – Bachana Jishkariani. The theme of the report is “The principle of Publicity and the Assumption of Innocence in Georgian Criminal Law Proceeding”.
